Continuity Review

The project included developing a business impact analysis that was appropriate for their business, then taking that information to develop their business continuity plans. This also included creating appropriate visual feedback for the senior leadership team so they were able to confirm the critical processes across the business, which would enable them to respond to a crisis in a more controlled why should they need to.
