Business Continuity

We developed and implemented a robust crisis management plan, expanding the core crisis team from two individuals to include the full senior leadership group. This shift ensured broader ownership, faster decision-making, and improved organisational coordination. Each primary team member received tailored one-to-one training to build confidence in their crisis leadership role. We established a regular testing schedule using realistic worst-case scenarios to validate preparedness. To ensure continuity, two dedicated deputies were appointed for each key role within the crisis team, both of whom receive regular training and participate in exercises, ensuring they are ready to step in seamlessly when needed.
