Building Internal Capability

Clean Carbon approached us with the goal of building a comprehensive business continuity programme, while also developing internal capability to manage and deliver it independently. We designed and delivered a tailored training course for one of their team members, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to lead the process. Alongside this, we developed bespoke templates suited to their organisational needs. Throughout each stage of the programme, we held regular check-ins to monitor progress, provide guidance, and address any challenges, ensuring they remained on track and fully supported throughout the journey.
