Business Continuity
As an FCA-regulated entity, Flagstone needed to demonstrate robust operational resilience across its core functions. We supported this by implementing a tailored business continuity programme that aligned with both regulatory expectations and internal operational needs. This included the development of IT disaster recovery plans, ensuring they met technical requirements while reflecting business priorities. To build organisation-wide capability, we also delivered continuity training for all staff, helping to embed a culture of preparedness.
Crisis Management
Alongside business continuity, we designed and implemented a crisis management framework to strengthen Flagstone’s ability to respond effectively to major incidents. This included establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation pathways for the senior leadership team. We provided focused crisis management training and ran scenario-based exercises to build leadership confidence, test decision-making, and ensure readiness at the executive level.
